For all your media uploads please use the suggested naming structure FL-Semester-Groupname-MediaTitle-ShortHotSpotTitle.ext. This is important for current and future media organization on the website.

 

Please indicate in the Hotspot Content section where you would like media items placed using {INSERT MEDIA TYPE: Full Filename – Caption and/or credit} so we can insert the media as requested.

Editing Posts

To edit hotspot posts:

  • Log in to the website with the information you’ve been provided
  • Navigate to the hotspot content you would like to edit
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Edit “Post Name” link to view the hot spot form to make changes
