JHSTR provides a range of housing options from BC Housing subsidized apartments, assisted living, cluster living and outreach for CLBC eligible individuals, supportive housing for those reintegrating into community from correctional facilities, and below market rental townhouses for families. We also have a variety of employment programs for youth and adults, educational programs for addressing violence in relationships, training in Mental Health First Aid and MANDT, a person-centered, values-based process that encourages intentional and positive interaction with others. JHSTR creates safer, stronger and more sustainable communities by supporting people to achieve greater independence.
